We were honored to witness an amazing milestone at the Stanford Graduate School of Business! For 25 years, they’ve been championing social innovation and making a lasting impact at Center for Social Innovation.
The event showcased the spirit of entrepreneurship and dedication. Alumni founders shared their startup journeys, offering invaluable insights. We also listened to two engaging panels that highlighted the importance of social impact and driving change.
One question that was asked to the founders about how they deal with and handle the toughest times while running their startups was quite interesting.
Heejai Lim the CEO of TalkingPoints answer resonated with us at LaunchStarz. She compared the hard times to the metaphor of riding the waves like a surfer. There will be times where you are at the top of the wave and leading the way but at any moment you could wipeout. Even after wiping out, you just have to climb back on the surf board, keep on going and never give up! The other founders gave very similar answers.
It was inspiring to see and feel the energy of entrepreneurs who are committed to making the world a better place through their relentless efforts
